THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

OF THE YORKSHIRE REGIMENT ASSOCIATION

SATURDAY 28 JANUARY 2012

The Annual General Meeting of the Yorkshire Regiment Association will be held at 11.00 on Saturday 28 January 2012, at Headquarters 4 YORKS, Worsley Barracks, York.  The purpose of the meeting will be to examine the proposed forecast of Regimental events for the forthcoming calendar year and to give attendees an opportunity to ask questions and to air views on it.  All members of the Association are invited to attend the meeting.  Following the meeting, a cash bar will be available and a finger buffet, at no cost to individuals, will be served.

I should be grateful if you would pass this invitation to all those concerned and ask them to inform you if they intend to attend.  For seating and catering purposes, could you let me have a consolidated list of numbers attending, from your part of the Association?  Please let me have your numbers, either by phone or email, no later than Thursday 19 January 2012.  

Any points that attendees wish to raise at the meeting should be submitted with attendance returns.
