BAND CONCERT – 4 OCTOBER From 1958 - 1968 we were the Band of the 4/5 Green Howards TA. It was decided that when we were disbanded we would form a civilian band and 40 years later we are still going strong. We are a band of over 40 with an age range from 12 to 80 and it is the only adult wind band within a 40 mile radius of Scarborough. We are giving a concert on the 4th October at Queen Street Methodist Central Hall Scarborough starting at 7.30pm as part of our 40th year celebrations. If any members serving or non serving would like to come they would be more than welcome. Further information can be obtained from: Malcolm Appleby (Conductor) |
